Remaly Mfg has invested in CNC laser cutting machinery from TRUMPF. TRUMPF is a global industry leader of lasers and machine tools for industrial manufacturing. It is known for its innovative and intuitive approach to laser cutting technology. We are thrilled to be able to pass along this innovation to your custom laser cutting application.

The addition of laser cutting provides a wide range of capabilities and functionalities. It all starts with the CNC software, with which we can flawlessly design the perfect pattern(s) and shape(s) to cut into your sheet. Then, the laser moves in a sequence prescribed and controlled by the CNC machinery, in order to ensure the cuts are just right. Our 60” x 120” table allows us to cut a wide range of shapes with a single machine in one-setup with outstanding accuracy, speed, convenience and affordability.

Our machine is capable of handling very thin gauge material up-through ½” thick plate. If you require the cutting of thicker metal, consider plasma cutting, which typically accommodates metal sheet thicknesses up to 1”. Please call to discuss your project.

Metal Laser Cutting

Cutting your metal with laser technology is a great choice for so many reasons. First, it allows for more accurate cuts. Second, laser cuts are so smooth that your parts won’t require deburring or other corrective secondary processes. This is great if you are working with a deadline. In fact, generally speaking, metal laser cutting is up to 30 times faster than regular sawing.

While our metal laser cut parts do not require deburring, per your application specifications, they do often require other types of finishing. That’s why we offer secondary metal fabrication services including:
